Bob -
I do the exact same thing as you describe in # 1.
Certainly not a big problem, but would like Flex to automatically fill the
screen @ 150%
as do my other programs.

Subject: [FlexEdge] A couple of picky points
Hi to all,
A couple of things that are not quite "bugs" but bug me
anyway..
1 the 1920 X 1080 screen format that is (I believe )
popular now and used by those who are optically challenged ( me in
particular ) please is a "fix" in the pipeline to be able to use this
screen
resolution properly. Currently when I switch on (I use 150% screen
resolution to fill the whole screen ) I have to do two things to make
everything work correctly. 1 is to switch to another :skin" and back again
this takes care of the funny lines on the buttons. 2 is to pull the screen
size just a bit larger on the diagonal which makes a change to both axis.
If
I do this then the full screen mode works perfectly (one if I select
150% )
when I select full screen. These work arounds work OK, but its PT every I
start up. I'm happy that I have a screen that I can see.
2 I like to use the FM on two metres on RX2 to check
local
activity whilst I'm on HF on the main receiver. I can work around the
difference in sound levels OK, but one thing that no one else seems to
have
spoken (bitched) about is the squelch on FM. If I set it fine then the
squelch "pops" all the time. If I set it high enough that this doesn't
happen then when I listening to the repeater output (any of them except
for
the very strongest) then any speech is broken up by the squelch operating
(apparently) repeatedly and driven by the received audio level. Is this
something that getting the audio levels correctly scaled will fix or can
we
have some adjustable hysteresis on the squelch to help preserve our
sanity.
Regards to all
