I used the VU5K in the VHF contest last weekend for the first time. When I was setting up the output to drive the 2M and 70CM amps I thought I could use the power setting on the XVTR form to keep the drive level correct. It does not seem to work. I could still set the drive level to any value and sometimes it changed on its own as I changed which band was on RX2. Checking “RX Only” does seem to work correctly. Now I am wondering what parts of this form are supposed to work with the VU5K? I am running PowerSDR v2.1.2 RC3.
