For the past seven years I have been accepting and processing requests for CAT changes directly from the user community. This has not been a hardship on me and I have been glad to do it. However, with the new (and infinitely better) software development system used by FlexRadio, it has become necessary to formalize the CAT change requests.
So, any future requests need to be entered at http://helpdesk.flexradio.com/.
