I experience the same thing here, I have an LP-100 Digital Vector Wattmeter and 
the readings are usually different than those reported by PSDR. In my case PSDR 
usually reports a lower reading than the LP-100 so I'm guessing that what PSDR 
indicates is all I really need to be concerned with.
