check your clock
I just dl/installed 2.2.3 and I'm decoding vk7XX on 12 meter jt65HF
right now as I write.
Probably the clock stalled during the install procedure.
Almost always, seeing a signal and lack of decode is due to clock variances.
I use Karen's software clock sync every 10 minutes. Runs in the background.
