In MARS, we seem to test a lot of different waveforms and but they don't
always work. psk500R, MT-63, MIL-188-110A, etc. We don't seem to have a
means of analyzing the problem other than by trial and error.
Is there a tool we can use that can produce a set of waveform
measurements using the IQ output of the Flex via VAC?
For example, would it be possible to view the constellation of a QAM
signal and determine if the transmitted signal was somehow distorted?
