You always have to remember that the 5000A has 2,457,281 cables going into it and all are potential highways for RF. Flex has learned a little about keeping that stuff out of the box since it was introduced. Mine, one of the early ones, for example, did not have the common mode ferrite at the mike connector. For me that was a 3" dia. pipe for "spurious stuff." You just can't have too many of those chokes and while I have not yet bored a hole in the basement floor for a salt well ground, proper gounding is difficult to achieve!
