I have only been able to briefly test VOX on SSB on my 5000A, setup is a Heil PR40 connected to the rear balanced input, no other external audio equipment. With this combination the VOX requires the sensitivity to be set below 10 (I have it at 7), the delay is set at 400 ms.
Mic gain on PowerSDR is at 47 with balanced in mixer set to 95% (nearly all the way up).
