I have used the M-Audio Audiophile for a non-radio application but it is now out of production. It went only to 96KHz. It got great reviews so I expect the new one should work well.
You might also look at the Creative Labs E-MU series, which is obtainable in USB, Firewire, PCI, and PCIe. Those are all very fine cards/boxes in the same price range. All go to 192KHz. I use one with my LP-PAN to provide my Yaesu FT-950 with a panadapter display and it works perfectly. Good luck!
