I don't know which com port manger software you are using but all I can
tell you is to set the PTT port setting in JT-65 to a port and set the
PowerSDR PTT port setting to the port that is on the opposite end.
For example, in VSPmanager I have configured port 6 to port 7. I set
JT-65-HF to port 6 and Power SDR to port 7. Also make sure you have the
box enabling PTT ticked in Power SDR.
