Ted,
Since you have started the reinstall process, you might want to follow
Tim's directions for a fresh restart. Maybe next time you might want
to verify in the FlexRadio Device driver (that's the blue icon on your
desktop labeled FlexRadio) that you have communications to the
radio.. You might have either had a physical failure of the FW or just
a loose FW cable. I'm sure you tried the computer/radio restart first
also..

Same thing The box opens and I choose 3K the radio was on and the box
just sits there.
