It is normal for a software house to open and close RFE's (request for enhancement) immediately, especially if the data is complete and understandable. They leave them open until the request is fully understood. They get reviewed on some basis (quarterly?) and then a decision is made. Mike va3mw oh, Tim doesn't sleep.
