Who is to say that this is "hardware" ? This could be a new radio for all of us existing Flex owners, but in the form of new and exciting software.
I am looking forward to the 18th. I see exciting times ahead! Then again, just in case this does turn out to be new hardware.... the wife is already concerned about how nice I am being :-) -- Richard A Clafton | the brITish guy | W5\G7EIX RIROC - Hosting - Development - Technology http://www.riroc.com | [email protected] "Jack of all trades, master of none, though often better than the master of one." -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Barry Jablonski Sent: Saturday, May 12, 2012 5:17 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [FlexEdge] Imagine a transceiver that changes Ham Radio - Forever... Hi Gerald, Love my Flex radios! Simply question... why are you touting new "hardware"? I thought that Flex was a "Software Defined" radio company? The HW will remain the same -- but the SW will move forward... Maybe sell the software and give the hardware away for free (like Gillette and their razors). Just an obvious observation Barry WB2ZXJ p.s. I really want Flex to succeed _______________________________________________ Flexedge mailing list [email protected] http://mail.flex-radio.biz/mailman/listinfo/flexedge_flex-radio.biz This is the FlexRadio Systems e-mail Reflector called FlexEdge.
