I haven't tried it, but Schroff, the company that makes the F5K case,
offers cast rack ears specifically for that style case.  Two such cases,
mounted side-by-side with one rack ear on each, and supported underneath by
standard rack rails, should work just fine.  That's why this case size is
referred to as a "half rack width" case.
