I want to thank everyone who has responded. Greg Jurrens has fixed the
problem. Apparently mail to my normal email address was bouncing and by
switching to the email address I used for the Flex lists, the mail was
deliverable. I have now received my copy of Flexinsider Vol 2 directly from
Flex.
So, I want to thank all of you for assisting and thank you for sending
copies of Vol 1 and Vol 2.
