VSPE has more configuration modes.

The 32-bit version of VSPE does run on 64-bit Win7 but nags the user about buying the 64-bit version every time it starts up. Maybe I'll get tired of the nags eventually and pay for the 64-bit version.

VSPManager works OK too, but it has its quirks, like hosing up port
