Meh, no matter..

Exported a Clean DB, copied my TX Profiles into it from the "broken" DB and all
is good now.

The section that seemed to causing the issue in the "broken" one was:

<BandStack>
    <BandName>60M</BandName>
    <Mode>USB</Mode>
    <Filter>F6</Filter>
    <Freq>5.349954</Freq>
  </BandStack>

And in the Clean it was this....

<BandStack>
    <BandName>60M</BandName>
    <Mode>USB</Mode>
    <Filter>F6</Filter>
    <Freq>5.3715</Freq>
  </BandStack>

I copied that section to my broken DB and it fixed the issue. But I decided
to create a new one -
just in case.

This whole thread is probably of no use to anyone - as it was something I
probably did.   But did
not want to leave it hanging.

Most strange. I just backed up the DB, did a factory reset and started up
again....and the
Channels work fine. If I import the exported DB, they mess up again.
Compared the Factory Reset
DB and my exported DB for BANDTEXT and they are the same...

Strange....

Guess you on this boat by yourself.

I checked my setup and they all fall in the 60 meter band.
