Many thanks go out to the crew at FlexRadio !!!!!! I had an unfortunate failure with my 3000 and contacted Dudley for assistance. His accurate and thoughtful help in trouble-shooting the radio before shipment to them was outstanding. More outstanding was the service time that they provided on this unit. I shipped it during the Thanksgiving week and they received it on the following Monday( late in the afternoon). Was expecting a turn around time of 10 to 15 work days which was reasonable.
But that was not to be! They shipped it back to me on the following Monday!! ONE WEEK TURN and that is with them also working on the release of the new 6000 series products!! What an outstanding customer support team and efforts. It is this kind of customer service and dedication that earn loyalty and new customers for them. May the crew at Flex Radio prosper and continue the fine efforts that I have experienced with them since before making this purchase.
