Very interesting. There is a resemblance to the QS1-R (Quick Silver)
receiver developed by Phil, N8VB.
Really looking forward to using my new 6700. Thanks for passing this along.

Subject: [FlexEdge] Flex 6700/SmartSDR video posted

Here's an 8 minute promotional video posted tonight by Flex, advertised as
showing the new SmartSDR running on 6700 hardware at K5FRS, the Flex club
station:

 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O6_nkQtNHEI

There are some interesting features shown, for example zooming out for a
real-time visualization of 13MHz of spectrum (6 MHz to 19MHz) in the
panadapter, and showing harmonics in the clicks of WWV's 10MHz clock tick
tones.

No concrete news on delivery schedule in the FlexInsider newsletter
delivered tonight (to early adopters), just a reiteration that "it is more
important to do things right the first time than to take shortcuts."
