Not really. It's designed to be used instead of a low-end sound card -
which to be honest most current PC's don't have.

"The AudioQuest DragonFly is a USB digital-to-analog converter that delivers
far superior sound by bypassing the poor quality sound card that is built
into most computers. DragonFly is a sleek, flash-drive sized DAC that
connects to a USB (type-A) jack on a Mac computer or Windows PC, turning
any computer into a true high-fidelity music source. Its 3.5mm port is
designed specifically to connect to an external audio system such as
headphones, powered desktop speakers, or your audio/video system."

Back in the day of those plug in low end SoundBlaster types it would have
been a boon - but today with most motherboards having a quality soundcard on
board this thing is really designed for the audiophile that wants to listen
to his classical cds.

Subject: [FlexEdge] AudioQuest DragonFly Question

At the risk of revealing how painfully un-informed I really am regarding
SDRs, could someone comment as to whether one of these devices would have
any value for the owner of a Flex?

Not that this is an important matter, I'm just curious.
