The FLEX-6000 Signature Series radios can receive and demodulate signals
INSIDE the final filter for example as large as S9 +80 dB (+8 dBm or 6 mW)
with the 20m preselector on, preamps off and attenuator off.  I think you
will find that most analog multi-conversion architecture radios "fold" when
trying to directly receive signals at that level.  Further, in two tone
IMD3 testing under the same conditions, IP3 measures > +45 dBm INSIDE the
final filter.  You may want to compare that with an analog roofing filter
based receiver inside the roofing filter.
