I am using WSJT-X r3243 in conjunction JT-Alert-X 2.2.2 and DXLabs with my Flex-5000. My PTT works just fine. I am not using the CAT interface built into WSJT-X.

PTT is COM9 RTS in WSJT-X and COM10 RTS in PowerSDR CAT PTT Control setting.

I have the CAT port set to None in WSJT-X and Enable CAT is unchecked.

I use DX Commander memory in DXLab to select the JT9 frequency. I then have to remember to select the correct frequency in WSJT-X to match my Flex-5000 frequency. Otherwise the spotting and logging frequencies will be incorrect. I use the defined drop down frequencies in WSJT-X.

I use vspMgr for my virtual port connection between DXLab and the Flex-5000. vspMgr does not allow for a three device CAT connection.

It has occurred to me that perhaps DDUtil might allow the use of the WSJT-X CAT control concurrently with DXLab commander, but I do not have DDUtil installed and have not tried it. If anyone has had success with DDUtil using WSJT-X and DXLab Commander let us know.

JT65-HF has a DXLab Commander interface that works fine with my setup. This does not exist in WSJT-X.

I have had no problems with the VAC interface.

JT9 software has only listed
the Flex 1000 on their configuration list. However I am NOT able to get the PTT
or the CAT control to handshake with JT9.

Is there anyone presently using JT9 with the Flex 5000 or 3000?
