Filter resolution depends on DSP buffer size. Larger buffers mean sharper
filters and better filter resolution. I bet you are running different DSP
buffer sizes for USB and DIGU. If you set them the same the filters will
behave the same.

But if you are running digital modes you want to run DIGU, not USB. You do
not want the speech processing to distort your signal so run DIGU.
