Using PC-ALE to scan bands 80,40,30,20,17,15,12, and 10M, in SPLIT mode, I get audible relay-type clicks from the Flex 3000 when it lands on 80,40, and 20M. . When NOT in split mode I get relay clicks on each band except 15 and 10M. What is invoked on split mode that causes less clicks? Anyone find a way to have NO clicks? Anyone know the impact of long term impact on these presumed relays ?
