Hi Jim, That was no fake setup at Dayton this year!! I was there and it was as real as the setup I have at home right now with my 6500. The 6500 is the best receiver I have ever used, all things considered, even better than the 5000A I just sold (hard thing for me to say considering I loved my 5000A). I have been working DX, rag chewing with my local buddies on AM and getting fantastic audio reports, many unsolicited....
