[Flexradio] anyone hear W1AW all on 20M?

Dear Flex-nuts,
I am trying to copy EA9 and CJ7 on 14.070.500 and I 
hear the CW practice from W1AW scretching in the noise 
below the PSK sigs. W1AW is at about -80db on 
14.047.500 and this is scratching is copyable from W1AW 
fundamental all the way up through 14.100. Is it some 
peculiar propagation? or something inside my SDR-1000?

Settings: Preamp HI,MED,LOW same, Preamp OFF to a 
lesser degree, but still there, AGC SLOW, NB on/off no 
diff, 2.6Khz standard filter (same with Bills new 
filters), USB, 20M.  2.4Ghz Celeron, 1GB RAM, 1.3.4 
stock, M-Audio Delta-44, Loop or HexBeam same.
