[Flexradio] sdr-1000

I am struggling through the set up process of my new radio.  I am unable to 
get any audio out or cw output.  I get no audio to do the mic calibration, 
etc.  Any assist will be very helpful.  I am sure I will have many more less 
than intelligent questions before I am done.  hi
