[Flexradio] do you use VFO-LOCK?

I tried the posted driver from this note to try out the sliders and got 
this message when trying to execute/install from the ZIP:

File or assembly name Interop.ADOX, or one of its dependencies, was not 
found.

The call chain begins at PowerSDR.DB.Create and works its way back to Main.
