You do not need 300 Q's per hour on all bands. A smart multi-? leader
would find the right positions
and times for each person's strengths. What is needed on CW and SSB is
the ability to copy in a crowd.
Having come in sixth in the country in CQ WW SSB single op this past
season, and having won several
times at MM and M2 at N2RM, K3LR, and top tens at N2NT, and won
several times at W2GD
on CQ WW 160, let me say that knowing your personnel and having a real
plan is what is important.

Windows rather than dos
