These (or similar) problems were reported already in beta 1.3.4 by
Werner DL2JA, but seem to have been overlooked. Especially DRM mode is
more or less useless.

Both SPEC and DRM modes have an 11 kHz frequency offset. Furthermore,
the spectrum of received signal exhibits a kind of wraparound effect.
For example, listening to the RWM beacon (4996 kHz) in SPEC mode:

VFO tuned to 4985 kHz ==> signal = 0 kHz
VFO tuned to 4975 kHz ==> signal = +10 kHz
VFO tuned to 4970 kHz ==> signal disappears !!!

VFO tuned to 4995 kHz ==> signal = -10 kHz
VFO tuned to 5005 kHz ==> signal = -20 kHz
VFO tuned to 5010 kHz ==> signal = +23 kHz !!!
VFO tuned to 5015 kHz ==> signal = +18 kHz !!!

Also, in both modes the filter controls probably should be disabled,
but are not.

As an unrelated observation... the new "dsp resize" code seems to work
pretty well. But apparently the AGC settings still relate to a fixed
(2048 sample?) DSP block.
