[Flexradio] Observations on release 1.3.10

Kudos to the coding team, the new keyer is the best yet, defiantly getting close.   CW Defects: Keyer break in works good but the PTT line is never released.   The other manual cw modes (keyboard, mouse) seem to be inoperative. The PTT works but there is no output or side tone.   In automatic cw modes there is no output from the keyboard or memory buffers.   73, Steve - K5FR
