[Flexradio] is Feed Forward defaulted to 3?

Digi ops take note:
I am not sure, but it seems Feed Forward Compression on 
the TRANSMIT Tab may be defaulted to 3 instead of zero 
as it was before. I believe Bob said that digi modes
should *NOT* use *ANY* compression at all.
