I've used a Jabra Bluetooth headset with Skype on my IBM Thinkpad, but had to first install a bluetooth driver that supports the headset profile, which IBM's Bluetooth driver did not. I eventually gave up on this driver after it kept generating blue screens.
The Belkin Bluetooth dongle's packaging claims to support the headset profile, but I've not personally tried it.
