Wanted to thank all those who responded to my request for help. Mamaged to get vCOM to work with the SDR/Ham Radio Deluxe as well as the MiXW digital software. TX/RX functions work just great. Now, to build up a simple attenuator to be able to feed the ouput of the digi mode soundcard to the mic input of the SDR. Will also explore the possibility of using my existing Rigblaster to feed the SDR mic input.
