Lee, I would assume it does.  There was a little diagnostic whose 
link showed up here a few weeks ago that would tell you.  I'm not 
sure I understand what the difference between 1 ns resolution for the 
precision version and 1 microsecond on the un-precise version should 
actually mean in this application.  Perhaps Bob can shed some light 
on this.
