[Flexradio] Preview 5 band text import error?

Preview 5 appears to duplicate band text database entries, which 
causes PowerSDR to generate an error.  Here is one example entry 
copied from the imported MDB band text table:

28.2 28.299999 10M Beacons True
28.200001 28.299999 10M Beacons True
The second entry doesn't show up in the original table.
