[Flexradio] 1.4.5 Preview 6 DIGU transmits LSB or USB

I noticed that although DIGU sets the filter up in the upper sideband, 
when transmitting
it can transmit on the lower sideband (or at least the panadaptor 
display appears to show this).
If you select LSB and then select DIGU and then hit MOX you will see 
what I mean. Selecting
USB and then DIGU appears to correct this behavior (or is this a feature 
;-) DIGL has the
same behavior of transmitting on the memory of the last selected sideband.
