Just an aside...
It might be nice to have put in the comments for this routine whether it
operates on the time or frequency domain data. It also might be nice to
put the statement above (i.e. it corrects I/Q imbalance, but doesn't fix
overall gain or phase) in there.
Much of the back and forth posting of questions would have been eliminated
in one fell swoop.
