[Flexradio] Tic Toc Sound over all Bands

Does anyone here know where I can start looking to find the source or
"tweak" out a "tic toc" sound I hear across all bands? It's loudest on
40mtrs.
I'm running the SDR w/amp thru a Firebox and USB Adapter. I've tried three
different computers and it still stays there. 
I'm not very technical and don't know where to begin.
