This is FFTW Wisdom. It has existed in the program directory for quite some time, but we added code that attempts to run it if the wisdom file is not found. This wisdom file optimizes FFTW for use with your particular system dynamics. It is a one time operation (per version) and should not take more than 3-4 minutes.
