Jim, are you testing into a dummy load?

If you take the top cover off, do you see the LEDs
on the tuner blink?

The tuner manual is the Z-100 Operations Manual from
the Flex-Radio web site.

I'm guessing that the ATU is communicating with the
SDR-1000, because if it isn't, PowerSDR has a pop up
error message.

You can also get the manual on the LDG web site (Z-100)

The red and green LEDs tell the status and SWR.
I tried using a couple of glass fibers out the
gap between the front panel and top cover, but
too small for enough light. I will try some big
plastic fibers. You can see the LEDs through the fan.

For me, I think the ATU sometimes remembers what it
was tuned for, even though I am in Bypass.

I use the ATU on a reactive load and it tunes for that.
Then I select Bypass and switch to a dummy load.
The SWR is high until I tune in Full for the dummy load.

Does anyone else have this too?
