RF Gain is the max gain for the AGC. Reducing it sort of acts like RF gain on older rigs.
Drive is somewhat analogues to RF power output on other rigs, but the response of it is not linear. All the way to the right is full drive. There was a discussion here a while back about is it better to name a control for exactly what it does or how it compares (action) to traditional radios.
