I had read this some time ago and I was aware about the general technique involved, but I was looking for the schematics and so. Maybe I didn´t explained myself quite well, but what I was ttrying to do is to make the modification myself if it was not very tricky. Since I live overseas I would have to send the radio to US and back, and also pay $75 for the work involved, and anyway my plans are to use an external OCXO that I just bought for this purpose (eBay item #290031197853).
