In the past I've bought shielded patch cables from BG Micro.  I did a
quick google and found CAT-5e STP available from several places.
TigerDirect comes up pretty high in the list and they have the bulk
cable, as well as, the shielded RJ45s.  I did a search for "stp" on
the site and found the various items.  Premade patch cords are also
available if you don't want to make your own.
