It will plug into and run the SDR. Use a 1/8-1/4 converter for the Mic and 2x 1/4 mono to 1/4 stereo for the headphones. The cost is about $8.00 at a music store. Using the HM-5 cartridge, the SDR transmit settings are: High=3600, Low=100. EQ: Preamp=+6, Low=+6, Mid=0, High=+12.
