Paul, the 1 watt version, ATU and Amp will be supported well into the future because the SDR-1000 uses the same software that our future generation products will use albeit there may be new features only available on the new products. We plan to unveil new products during the Hamvention if everything goes as plan. So you see things don't suck after all!
