Hi,

As a SDR1000 newbee, I'ld like to know if the next hardware generation will
provide an USB connectivity rather than the old parallel port and it's USB
to // fancy optional adapter.

My main usage of my SDR is Expedition with a laptop, no serial, no parallel
ports but a lot of USB and at least one 1394 plug for an external firebox or
FA66 audiobox.

I do also support the need for 1w (or low level [10dBm] with separate TX/RX)
SDR version for the next generations as it is required for VHF/SHF setups.

Kind regards
Jean-marc F1HDI
