Thanks to all who responded to my request for feedback about 6M configuration. My next question concerns CPU speed.
The SDR-1000 specs say 1.5 GHz minimum, 3.2+ GHz recommended. I have a late-model Dell Latitude D820 laptop with dual-core CPU at 2.0 MHz. Obviously this exceeds minimum requirements, but it is well under the recommended speed. What experiences have people had using host computers at around this speed?
