I am not sure if there has been a lot of visibility on the great knowledgebase article at http://kb.flex-radio.com/article.aspx? id=10307&cNode=2B4O3H. I have done the improvements on all of my PCs and it has made a great difference. Give it a shot, maybe you don't need a new computer after all!
