Mike, Here's an experiment to try: unplug, at the SDR, the audio cable from the PC's Line-Out to the SDR (this is the TX audio signal). Now click on TUNE. What happens?

With the power out jumping around. etc. All calibrations have been done in the method suggested by various sdr users here on the reflector.
